Introducing…
Back to Bina
Returning to the wisdom that's always been yours.
A 16-week 1:1 coaching experience for the Jewish woman who knows it's deeper than the diet —
and is ready for someone who finally gets it.
You've already figured out a few things.
You know it's not about willpower. You know your body has been trying to tell you something for years. You know the next program isn't going to fix it — because you've tried the next program. And the one after that.
You're not looking for another plan. You're looking for the right person.
I might be her.
Perimenopause didn't cause your problem. It's just the moment your body stopped being able to hide it.
The dominant narrative right now: your hormones are shifting, so the answer is to fix the hormones. Strength training. More protein. Less alcohol. Better sleep. Maybe HRT.
All of that is true. And all of that is incomplete.
Because there's a system underneath your hormones that has been running the show your entire life — quietly, decade after decade. And that system is the reason your protocols aren't working.
Your nervous system.
Most women in midlife have been dysregulated for twenty or thirty years. The all-nighters in your twenties. The newborn years. The career stress. The relationship stress. The chronic over-functioning. The "I'm fine, I'm fine, I'm fine."
You could absorb the cost back then. You were young. You had hormonal resilience. Your body could compensate.
Perimenopause is the moment that buffer runs out.
Your hormones aren't suddenly the problem. Your hormones are suddenly unable to mask a problem that has been there the whole time.
That's why every protocol that aims at the hormones — without addressing the system underneath — gives you a partial result, at best, before plateauing right back where you started. You can't fix the amplifier by adjusting the volume. You have to go back to the source.
If you’re here…
If you're here, you've probably already stopped blaming yourself.
You know your nervous system is part of this. You know your body, your marriage, your mothering, your faith, your money — none of it lives in a separate compartment. It's all connected. You just haven't found someone who can hold all of it with you.
That's the work I do.
I'm not going to hand you a meal plan and call it healing. I'm not going to tell you you're broken. You're not broken. You've been doing the best you could with what you knew, and your body is asking for more — not more discipline, more attention.
If you're ready to give it that — and you want a coach who's not going to flinch at any part of your story — keep reading.
HOW WE ACTUALLY DO THIS
The Reset. Rebuild. Renourish. Method™
There's an order the body actually heals in. Not the order the wellness industry teaches. Not the order you were taught to chase a result in. The actual order.
Most women try to fix the body from the outside in. Diet first. Workout plan second. Maybe sleep, maybe stress, maybe — if there's anything left at the end of all that — the nervous system.
The body heals in the opposite order. From the inside out.
RESET — the nervous system.
Before anything else can change, the body has to know it's safe. A dysregulated nervous system will sabotage every plan put on top of it. So we begin with real rest, real down-regulation, and — the part that's going to feel scariest — a break from the gym. Your body cannot learn to listen to itself while it's being overridden.
REBUILD — the relationship with movement.
Once your nervous system has actually settled, movement comes back. But not the way it left. This phase is about learning to read your body's capacity cues — when it wants to move, what it has on a given day, when pushing helps and when it wrecks you. The strength training, the heavy lifting, the progressive overload — all of that has its place. But it comes after this. Not before.
RENOURISH — the relationship with food.
Last. On purpose. Two parts. First, eating enough and being present in your body while you eat — the end of the all-or-nothing food brain. Then, once that's rooted, the skill of putting together a nourishing meal.
Reset. Rebuild. Renourish. In that order. That's the whole method.
Most women have been doing it backwards for years. Renourish (diet) first, maybe rebuild (workout plan) second, and never reset (nervous system) at all. That's why nothing sticks. That's why everything works for two weeks. That's why you're here.
WHY I NAMED IT THIS
Bina (בינה) means understanding.
Not the kind of understanding that comes from a textbook, a podcast, or another protocol someone wrote for somebody else's body.
In our tradition, bina is the understanding that comes from within. It's the discernment that knows what's true because it feels it in the body. It's the feminine, embodied knowing — the kind that diet culture stripped out of you, that hustle culture taught you to override, and that perimenopause is now begging you to recover.
That's what this work is.
It's not more information. You don't need more information. You're already drowning in information. What you need is the thing underneath all of it — the ability to hear your own body again. To know what it's saying. To trust what it's saying. To respond to what it's saying instead of overriding it.
That's bina. And that's the skill this whole program teaches you to recover.
Reset teaches you bina with rest. Rebuild teaches you bina with movement. Renourish teaches you bina with food. Each phase, the same skill — applied to a different domain of your life.
And the name is Back to Bina because you're not learning something new. You had this once. Every woman did. You're going back to a knowing that was always yours.
WHAT BACK to BINA IS…
Sixteen weeks. Just the two of us.
This is a 1:1 coaching container built for the woman who's done trying to fix herself in pieces. Who's done with the program-of-the-month. Who's ready to be seen — fully, without shrinking, without performing — and to do the kind of work that actually changes how she feels in her body and in her life.
Here's what that looks like, week to week.
We start with a deep-dive.
Our first session is longer than the rest. Two hours. We map your full picture — your body, your nervous system, your story, your life as it actually is right now (not the version of it you tell other people). By the end of that call, we both know what we're working with and where we're starting.
Weekly 1:1 sessions.
After that, we meet weekly. Sixty minutes. Live, on Zoom. The work is in the conversation — what you're noticing, what you're avoiding, what your body is telling you, what's shifting, what's stuck. I don't hand you a worksheet and send you off. I sit with you in it.
Between-session support.
You get direct messaging access between sessions through a private Telegram channel. When the spiral starts, you don't wait until next Tuesday to be heard. I check messages every day, Monday through Friday, and respond when you ask a question or when I sense a check-in is needed.
Personalized work, not a template.
Your nervous system practices, your movement guidance, your nourishment work — built around your body, your life, your season, your nervous system. Not someone else's protocol stamped onto you. Every woman in this container gets a different roadmap because every woman's body is asking for something different.
The subconscious layer.
This work doesn't only happen on the surface. We also work with what's underneath — the beliefs about your body, the inherited patterns, the stories you took on about food, rest, womanhood, worthiness. Limiting belief work is woven into our sessions where it matters. Not as a gimmick. As part of how the change actually holds.
What you walk away with.
The check-ins, the reframes, the practices, the way of listening to your body — these don't end when the container ends. You're learning a skill for the rest of your life. Sixteen weeks is the beginning. The bina you build inside this container is yours forever.
I'm not promising you a fixed life in 16 weeks. I'm promising you relief.
Relief looks like waking up excited for your day instead of bracing against it. Sleeping through the night. Knowing when you're hungry and when you're full. Looking in the mirror and actually recognizing the woman looking back. Telling your partner what you need — and letting him show up for you. Feeling like a woman again. In your body. In your softness. In your life.
That's what we're building toward.
Let me be honest with you…
This isn't for every woman. And it shouldn't be.
This isn't for the woman who wants someone to tell her exactly what to eat and exactly how to work out. I can do both of those things, but if that's all you want, you don't need me — you need a meal plan and a trainer.
This isn't for the woman who wants to feel different without doing anything different. The work asks something of you. Not everything. But something.
This isn't for the woman who's looking for a quick fix. This is sixteen weeks because that's how long the body actually takes. If you want something faster, plenty of people will sell you one. I'm not one of them.
This isn't for the woman who isn't ready to stop overriding her body. The whole method depends on you being willing to listen — and the listening is the part that hurts at first.
If any of that lands wrong — that's okay. You'll know when it's your moment.
Your next step starts here…
If you’re ready to stop overthinking, stop carrying everything alone, and finally understand why you feel the way you do — you’re in the right place.
My work combines fitness, nutrition, and subconscious reprogramming to help women break free from the patterns that keep them stuck.
