An 8-week small-group coaching experience to bring your body out of survival mode — so you can finally see the results of the effort you're already putting in.

This is not another protocol. This is not another plan to be "good" at.

This is the work that has to happen before any of those things can work.

We do it in three phases, in this order, on purpose:

RESET (Weeks 1–3)

We start with your nervous system. Because nothing else works until this works. You'll learn what regulation actually is, why your body has been stuck in survival mode, and the specific tools that bring it back online. This is the foundation everything else stands on.

REBUILD (Weeks 4–6)

Once your body is no longer running on emergency, we begin to rebuild your relationship with movement and strength — not as punishment, not as performance, not as something to white-knuckle through. As something that's yours again.

RENOURISH (Weeks 7–8)

Only now do we touch food. Because food was never the problem — the problem was the body it was trying to nourish was too dysregulated to use it. We close the program by reconnecting you to hunger, fullness, and trust in your own body again.

Why a Group?

Part of what's been keeping you stuck is the silence. You've been performing fine. Hosting with a smile while you're falling apart inside. Looking around and assuming you're the only one struggling like this.
