Hi, my name is Tatiana.

And my story starts much like yours…on the outside, I looked like I had it all together. I was the disciplined one—the personal trainer, the nutrition coach, the mom who showed up, the wife holding everything down. And when I was alone, I didn’t recognize myself. I would cry… or just lay there frozen.

And my body felt like it was falling apart. It felt like it belonged to someone 40 years older than me. My joints ached, I was constantly exhausted, and something that had always been a huge part of my life—exercise—went from something I loved to something I dreaded.

At the same time, I was trying to be everything—the perfect trainer, the perfect nutrition coach, the perfect mom, the perfect wife. I was burning the candle at both ends, and the stress just kept building. And the truth I didn’t want to admit was that even in my work, I was only addressing the symptoms. I could help women with their workouts. I could guide them with their nutrition. But I wasn’t getting to the root of why they felt stuck in the first place—and neither was I.

So I did what I thought I was supposed to do. I tried harder. More discipline, harder workouts, tracking everything, buying all the supplements. And somehow, taking care of myself became a full-time job… and nothing changed.

Because this wasn’t a discipline problem. 👉 It was my nervous system.

That’s when everything shifted. For my own healing, I had to step away from just focusing on fitness and nutrition and start understanding what was actually driving all of it underneath—the patterns, the overwhelm, the constant “on” feeling. It all came back to the nervous system.
