    • What would happen if I stopped holding everything together?

  • Week 2 — The Cost of Living in Survival Mode

    Body Awareness Exercise:

    • Where do I feel tension most often?
    • When do I feel most on edge or reactive?
    • What does “rest” actually feel like to me?

  • Week 3 — The Beliefs That Quietly Run Your Life

    Belief Discovery Worksheet:

    • What do I believe about asking for help?
    • What do I believe about slowing down?
    • What do I believe about my worth?

  • Week 4 — Releasing Limiting Beliefs

    Reframing Exercise:

    • Which belief feels most true right now?
    • Where did it come from?
    • What would be possible without it?

  • Week 5 — Boundaries and Personal Sovereignty

    Boundary Audit:

    • Where am I over-giving?
    • Where do I feel resentment?
    • What boundary would support me most right now?

  • Week 6 — Strength Without Armor

    Integration Exercise:

    • What has shifted for me over the past 6 weeks?
    • What patterns am I now aware of?
    • What does my next level look like?
