Hi, I'm Tatiana.
And my story probably starts a lot like yours.
On the outside, I looked like I had it all together. I was the disciplined one — the personal trainer, the nutrition coach, the mom who showed up, the wife holding everything down. From the outside, I was doing everything right.
Behind the scenes, it was a completely different story.
I was flinching when my kids tried to hug me because I was so overstimulated. I'd say "not now" because I couldn't slow down enough to actually hear them. I kept overcommitting myself until I was crying from overwhelm. I was constantly "on" and completely exhausted — fighting with my husband, barely sleeping, falling asleep at red lights. And when I was alone, I didn't recognize myself. I would cry. Or just lay there, frozen.
My body felt like it belonged to someone forty years older than me. My joints ached. Exercise — something that had been a huge part of my life — went from something I loved to something I dreaded.
So I did what I thought I was supposed to do. I tried harder. More discipline. Harder workouts. Tracking everything. Buying all the supplements. Taking care of myself became a full-time job — and nothing changed.
Because this wasn't a discipline problem.
It was my nervous system.
That's when everything shifted. I had to stop focusing on the symptoms — the fitness, the nutrition — and start understanding what was actually driving all of it underneath. The patterns. The overwhelm. The constant "on" feeling. It all came back to the nervous system.
